I AM ALLERGIC TO PEANUTS

If I eat peanuts, peanut butter or any food with peanuts, I will have a reaction, it may be immediate or can occur up to 2 hours. My reaction can range from mild to severe. My allergy could be as severe as touching or being within the vicinity of peanuts or peanut products.

Monitor and look for:

  • Face- Look for hives, swelling, itching or redness in face, tongue or lips.
  • Airways – Monitor for any difficulty breathing, swallowing or speaking as well as nasal congestion or sneezing, repetitive cough,
  • Stomach – Pain, Vomiting, diarrhea
  • Total Body – Hives, itching, swelling, weakness, dizziness, sense of doom, loss of consciousness

One or more of these symptoms: administer epi pen and call 911, immediately, DO NOT WAIT!
